Collaborate with colleagues and external service providers to develop and maintain relationships for the benefit of clients.Collaborate with R&P Caseworkers ensuring all initial resettlement services are delivered to enrolled clients.Ensure program requirements are met, including completion of all required documentation and case noting, case file maintenance, and timely delivery of required services.Assess and monitor client progress to support achievement of established goals, address challenges, and to ensure that available resources are appropriately used.Conduct initial needs assessments and build individualized service plans for all members of the family enrolled.Evaluating client eligibility for the Family Support program and enrolling interested, qualified clients into the program.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The Caseworker will also work closely and cooperatively with other IRC colleagues and external parties to meet individual client needs and preferences using a broad range of financial, medical, social, vocational, and other services and resources in accordance with client eligibility and Wilson-Fish TANF Case Management program requirements. The Caseworker works closely with clients in the Family Support program, which provides additional support to families with children in the home who may need focused case management services to achieve initial stability as part of the Kentucky Office for Refugees (KOR) Wilson-Fish TANF Case Management program. ![]() ![]() The Caseworker provides trauma-informed services to refugees and other qualified immigrants to assist them in achieving stability and moving toward healthy integration.
